I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was great as I could easily walk to any place I wanted. The hotel was spotless clean, from my room to the common areas. The breakfast provided was decent and all the food items were refilled timely. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my child was unwell and they went out of their way to provide excellent service.

Some of the visitors were not very polite, especially at night, playing loud music and being noisy, making it difficult for others to sleep. The TV in the room was outdated, but I heard that they are planning to invest in new plasma TVs soon.

Great hotel! the rooms are very modern and clean. the location is perfect as it was close to all my business meetings. I also appreciated the friendly staff and their helpfulness. the breakfast was delicious too, offering a wide range of dietary options to choose from.

The noise from the other rooms and the corridor was a bit disturbing at times, making it hard to sleep comfortably. the communication was a bit of a challenge since most of the staff only spoke Ukrainian, but they did try their best to assist me.
